This Consent covers communications sent to the email address that I enter in the subscription form.
The communications may include:

• invitations to exhibitions, openings, special projects, and other events held by Syntax Gallery;
• information about event dates, times, locations, attendance arrangements, and registration;
• information about current and forthcoming exhibition projects, artists, and displayed works;
• offers and organisational announcements relating to the activities of Syntax Gallery.

This Consent does not cover telephone calls, SMS, messenger communications, or other channels unless I separately consent to their use.

This Consent is voluntary and is not a condition for browsing the website, submitting a price enquiry, or purchasing a work. A contact detail provided only through the "Contact for Price" form or in personal correspondence may not be used for email communications unless a separate subscription is registered.
For technical distribution, Artika LLC may use Unisender Smart LLC (ООО «Юнисендер Смарт») as a person acting on the Controller's instructions. Artika LLC retains information sufficient to prove the fact, time, and content of the Consent given and any subsequent opt-out.
This Consent remains valid until I withdraw it. The frequency of communications is determined by the events of Syntax Gallery. Artika LLC must not send communications after an opt-out.

I may unsubscribe at any time without giving a reason by:

• using the "Unsubscribe" link in any email received;
• emailing info@syntaxgallery.com from the address receiving the communications;
• sending a written request to: Artika LLC, 123557, 37 Bolshaya Gruzinskaya Street, Building 2, Apartment 45, Moscow, Russian Federation.

Artika LLC and the technical distributor engaged by it stop sending communications immediately after receiving an opt-out. A minimum record of the consent and opt-out may be retained for the period stated in the Policy solely to demonstrate compliance with the law and prevent repeat sending.
